Bilingual group facilitation, workshop development, report writing, research and analysis

With over 16 years experience in the public sector as a policy advisor and manager, Marie-France has developed an expertise in change management processes and strategic planning. She has served in both leadership and coordination roles with several boards.

In her previous role as founding manager of the Parent Engagement Office in Ontario’s Ministry of Education, she worked closely with an advisory parent group to support the design of new parent engagement programs and initiatives. As manager of policy and research in the French-language Education Branch, she led teams in the development of program and policy initiatives that have resonated nationally and internationally.

An active volunteer in her community and an excellent bilingual communicator, Marie-France is passionate about finding facilitation approaches that enable citizens of all ages and backgrounds to participate fully in shaping the policies and programs that affect them.

Marie-France holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the Université de Moncton in New-Brunswick and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators.
